CITA-CITA ku...

Jadi inget waktu kecil, banyak yang nanya “ntar kalo udah gede mau jadi apa” berbagai profesi disebut satu persatu, dari yang paling keren title nya sampai yg biasa aja. Kebanyakan sih kalau anak kecil meniru teman2nya atau kalau enggak obsesi dari orang tua yang kepengen  anaknya jadi seperti yang orang tua inginkan.

Aku sendiri waktu kecil punya cita-cita banyak banget, pertama maunya sih jadi dokter soalnya aku punya temen yang ibunya jadi dokter, pas waktu guru SDku bertanya sama temenku itu, dia bilang pengen jadi dokter jadi pas giliranku ditanya, aku ya ikut-ikutan jadi dokter. Tapi lama-lama aku suka takut liat darah, apalagi liat jarum suntik kalo pas aku sakit ibuku pasti nganterin aku ke dokter buat berobat, biasanya kudu pake suntik...iiihhh serem..

Masuk SMP,  cita-citaku berubah, aku mau jadi diplomat, biar bisa jalan-jalan keluar negeri. Seiring dengan bergulirnya waktu, aku juga berubah pikiran, kok kayaknya jadi diplomat susah amat ya...hidup pindah-pindah dan jauh dari keluarga.

Masuk SMU, cita-citaku pengen jadi penyanyi, soalnya disekolahku ada guru vocal yang suaranya bagus banget, terinspirasi nih critanya, sambil ngebayangin kayaknya jadi penyanyi enak, Cuma nyanyi doing dapat duit plus dikenal banyak orang, jadi artis gitu..Cuma belum sempat khayalanku berlanjut, cek dan ricek, suaraku gak bagus-bagus amat alias  tidak merdu sama sekali, dan itu sudah dibuktikan sama temen-temen sekelasku yang kebetulan aku beri mereka kesempatan untuk menilai suaraku. Hasilnya..seperti yang sudah bisa dibayangkan..yaaa jauh dari kata lumayan..

Pas Kuliah aku ambil jurusan pariwisata, maksudnya mau jadi guide, lancar berbahasa asing, waktu itu sempat belajar bahasa inggris dan bahasa perancis berbarengan, yang ada bukannya tambah pinter malah lidahnya suka keseleo, jadi tambah gak ngerti mana yang inggris mana yang perancis. Tapi untungnya dosenku ganteng...menurutku waktu itu, jadi ada semangat untuk terus belajar walau terseok-seok tanda tak mengerti. Hasil kuliah menyatakan kalau nilai bahasa inggris ku gak bagus-bagus amat, sementara bahasa perancisku terbata-bata alias gak jelas statusnya.

Kalau sekarang, cita-citaku lain lagi, setelah cukup lama berkecimpung didunia pariwisata/perhotelan, ada perasaan bosen kerja sama orang lain, apalagi akhir-akhir ini pengen memulai usaha sendiri, Cuma belum tau apa dan bagaimana memulainya, banyak sih ide-ide hasil browsing di internet, Cuma kebanyakan ide juga kadang malah bingung mau pilih yang mana, any suggestion?? Happy Wedding Anniversary 40th Grand ma + pa! wish both of you healthy and happy all the time!, i was so honored to be invited for your party, because i know that i am no one from your family, we just met few days and that because i lived near by your house. i felt i am very special, apart from all your family, only me that you invited, and Grand pa said to me, now we are family, oooh hiks hiks...made me sad and glad in the same time, even though my parents far away from me but i still can make new family here and that is both of you and your family. thank u!
i still remembered 2 days before your DAY, you invited me and tell me that you will celebrate your wedding anniversary 40th, at that time i was so surprised, ooh God, 40 years! live with the same person, meet the same person EVERYDAY!, my teasing question was, "are you not bored grand ma??" and " no fighting??" then you answered me with your lovely smiled to grand pa and me, and said : "no, coz he love me bocoup!" and we are laugh together, so happy to see that smiled from both of you, and i wish in my hearth hope i will have the same experience as yours later, love and live with the same person that i love till the end of the world, amien...

Things you need to know how to build your own SPA

 

1.          Customer target (babies, ladies only, ladies + gents, teenagers)

2.       Find good and strategic location.

3.       Decide of your design of spa

4.       Spa services (type or treatment, duration, price)

5.       Products (natural/herbal or cosmetic products?)

6.       Signature Spa/build images

A.      Type of Customer

This is very important to choose what type of guest that you wish to come to your spa later. To specify the customer needed. Either for babies, teenager, or adults.

B.      Location

To find the location of your spa later on is depend on the target customer  that you want to have, either  your spa is for babies, teenagers, or adults. Once you decided what type of customer that you will have then it will be easier for you to find which location that you needed.

C.      Design of your spa

Once you know the type of guest who will come to your spa, it will be helped you to decided what kind of design that you want to build for your own spa, the decoration/design is depend of type of guest that you will help, i.e. adults (either city of spa or business spa/day spa or country of spa/relaxation spa/resorts spa).

D.      Type of Treatment

3 basic of spa treatments:

-          Body Treatments: Body Massages, Scrub, Wrap.

-          Hair Treatments: Hair spa, Hair cut, stylist.

-          Beauty Treatments: Pedicure, Manicure, facials

The Duration of treatment is depending on what type of treatment, minimum 30 minutes for one treatment.

The Price of your spa services is also depending on the market that you want to achieved, and also your spa location is involve. Either is city spa or resort spa. The best price is not too high and also not too lower, you need to do research for comparison in your area, so your guests will not think that buy your products is wasting of their money. Good quality of products + Good Services provided = Value of Money.

E.        Products

Using the natural products is suggested, it is not only because of cheap, and also because it is easy to find everywhere you lived, so at the end you will not have a problem to find the supplier which is not available in your country.

F.       Signature Spa

You need to create a signature of your spa to start build your business images, it could be your design of spa, your treatment, your products, and the purposed is to make sure that all the guests who came to your spa is remember about your spa after they leave. Then they can start share the information to their friends. This is indirect selling which is will be effected your business in the future.

Enjoy your day!, sering banget aku denger temen-temen kantor ngucapin kata-kata ini di hampir setiap akhir pertemuan atau meeting. tapi sebenarnya apakah kita benar-benar mengerti akan arti ucapan itu yang sesungguhnya? hmm...paling enggak, aku baru sadar akhir-akhir ini, mencoba memahami arti seseungguhnya. Ternyata sangat sulit untuk menikmati hidup atau menikmati hari demi hari yang Tuhan berikan untuk kita, paling enggak itu yang kurasa, disaat kita sibuk dengan kegiatan kantor, paperwork yang menumpuk, dikejar deadline, dsb, handle customer, hmm yang ini ni, giliran menghandle good customer sih dijamin gak bakalan ada masalah, semua lancar-lancar aja, tapi giliran kita ketemu customer yang sangat demanding, then your problem start. kadang sampai melibatkan emosi, ngomel, mencari dukungan tentang apa yang kita lakukan adalah yang terbaik,  at the end of the day, masihkah kita bisa berucap, do we really enjoy our day? i dont think so. tapi kegiatan ini terus terulang keesokan harinya, hampir tidak ada sedikitpun waktu buat kita untuk berfikir bahwa sebenarnya kita benar-benar menikmati hari yang kita jalani setiap hari.
